I cannot seem to get a good seal between the flush valve and the duel flush device. Water is constantly leaking into the bowl causing the valve to engage for a few seconds every thirty minutes or so. The flush valve is brand new (actually thought the kit would come with one since it said "total") but no matter how much or little pressure I put on the duel flush device, it still leaks. Suggestions? Can I silicone this thing in place?
I have the same problem when I do the water saver flush. But when the full flush is done, no leaks.
Same. And because of that, when our toilet plugged yesterday and we weren't made aware by the person who plugged it, my bathroom flooded with toilet water...through floor, and into my basement walls. Great.
